    Since the Oct 14th 2020 update, I am having to do a fatory reset every couple days so that I have access to games and apps. The console will take up to 10 minutes before it gets to home where i can click on an app but it will show an error as it took too
    long to load. Games the same thing.

    I did a factory reset but that deleted all user data and saved games (Ugh!!!!) so it requires me to setup the XBOne each time the factory reset is done which obviously is 1) annoying and 2) saved game data is removed so now i have to start over playing games
    from beginning.

    I spoke to someone on Xbox gamers and ran an offline update downloaded from the xbox website but that did not resolve the issue either. Anyone else having to do this as well. The console was purchased in 2015 so dont know i age has anything to do with it.
    The console was running as expected up until the last update on 10/14/20.

    Guess your other post has been answered then lol, but thanks for the update. Now if anyone else has the same questions on the bots we can give them the info and hopefully it works for them as well :)
