    Obtaining tickets, keys, coins, etc. in the SHOP


    I have been trying for two days to get the daily tickets and coins in order to play BINGO. I get the message "Your purchase cannot be completed at this moment; it has been canceled. Please try again later." I try throughout the day with no success. This
    isn't the first time I have encountered issues with BINGO> It is very discouraging when a person continues to have problems with the game!

    Why am I unable to get keys in Social when I achieve the number of points? Also, why am I unable to Shop and watch ads for tickets and coins?

    No tickets or coins

    Still no tickets or coins in the Shop. And still not showing Ads to get the tickets and coins. Can you please fix this!! Thank You !!

    How to remove advertisement ads in the game

    You can purchase specific Coin and Ticket packages that remove ads. You can find them in the in-game shop.

    Tickets allow you to purchase bingo cards. You cannot use them to purchase Keys or Coins.

    Connectivity Issues

    Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

    I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

    When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

    Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

    Bingo is still popping in and out, I am in the habit of writing down the number of tickets, keys, power up coins, and coins I have before each game, and the prior estimate is wrong, It was 5 games. each power up coin total is 78 (12, 26b & 42=78, times 5
    equals 390 coins taken for power up coins. and to play is 28 tickets times 5 totaling 140 tickets taken during each time the server restarted in that 5 minutes. What is wrong with this game. will it ever work like it should?
