    Obtain parent username in family safety


    I want to enable multiplayer for my xbox account, but the parent account seems to have been removed from my group in family safety, and I am unable to recover it. Is there any way I can recover the email account used so that I can log in to the account and try to enable multiplayer?

    When did they last successfully sign in to their Microsoft account?

    If they have not logged into the account for more than two years and it has been closed due to inactivity, it will not be able to use the Account Recovery Form to recover the account.

    Yes, thats right. It was an old account which my parents used, but they forgot to switch it to their new account after getting a new microsoft account.
