What games are you referring to and what console do you have?

I recommend removing the profile that owns the games and then re-add the profile to sync the data back to your console if you have the Xbox One. Remove the profile, then

hard reset and power cycle the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect
and turn on the Xbox. Once it's back on
re-add your profile and try to download your games from the Ready to Install section in your games and apps or search for them in the Store.

Are you able to sign in on Xbox.com and check in your library if they show there? If not I recommend requesting a chat with support.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select chat with Xbox support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

As XBF Diego mentioned, what games are these. The purchase of these games in account history does it show the price or 0.00? Is it possible you got these on a free to play weekend. Where at the end of the weekend they remove the license?
