Nunchuck controller for disabled gamer

Please help, I am recently disabled and have to be very careful about posture. The xbox controller isnt cutting it anymore I am unable to keep my hands together while playing. I need a split controller for each hand, much like the Wii's Nunchuck or Playstation
Move, VR headsets usually come with similar controllers as well.

Im unable to find anything like this, have scoured the store/forums and contacted support, they suggested I post here. Really frustrating as I dont want to get a playstation or vive I want to play xbox but cant because I cant separate my hands. Probably
going to end up getting PSmove if I cant get a split controller, very unfortunate since all my friends are on xbox.

Well, this is cool. I like this.

It's pretty cool. Disabled gamers get to experience gaming like us, in a different way. It may not be the same but if they get to fully experience game with this mod, then awesome. I'd definitely give this kind of controller for anyone who needs it.

Also should probably mention that I dont need motion controls, just a split controller for each hand.
