    Hello,

    As the title says, I am having numerous issues with my Xbox Rewards content.

    The first issue I am having is that the rewards program recognizes that I am NOT an Xbox Live Gold member. This is untrue as I've always been a gold member ever since I've had this account. () That's over 11 years ago now. Therefor
    I am missing out on a larger return. Right now I am at a 3% when in reality I should be earning 6% back with each purchase.

    The second issue also plays into the Xbox Live Gold problem. Unless something has changed in the program over the last year, I used to get a large chunk of credits whenever I renewed my Xbox Live Gold membership for 12 months. I recently renewed it a couple
    months ago and I did NOT receive any credits for doing so. Keep in mind I renewed it for 12 months
    PRIOR to my previous membership expiring.

    Lastly, I have been trying to complete the current mission that is titled "Games on Demand Pre-order Punchcard" I pre-ordered Yooka-Laylee which is qualifying content with this punchcard and I have yet to receive any sign of it registering that I had pre-ordered
    it. I know it usually takes a little bit of time, but I pre-ordered it back in early April and I haven't seen anything yet. This worries me, because I plan on getting two more qualifying games to complete the punchcard and I don't know if I will be credited
    for it. Those two games I PLAN on pre-ordering are Injustice 2 and Tekken 7, for your information.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with some preview program members where new subscriptions are not correctly recorded. This was due to changes for those members in how subscriptions are stored in the database. We are working on
    getting this new subscription data correctly reflected. We are also delaying MyVIP for April until this issue is resolved, to ensure that you are rewarded at the Gold level. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

    Regarding your second issue, that offer was discontinued 3 years ago. To be specific, the offer to receive Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals ended July 2014.

    For your Games on Demand issue, from the FAQ for that offer:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store
    between April 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and June 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

    Support will check on the punchcard issue and gold (that is something that is happening to several people so they are working on a fix), but as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    NUMEROUS issues

    Hi Modified! I'll see if I can help you here, but I would also recommend posting a separate thread specific to this (in the networking support forums) just so your issue doesn't get lost.

    Port Forwarding can be a bit intimidating, especially if you've never done it before! But, no worries, as there is a GREAT resource out there that tells you exactly how to do it specific to your brand and model of router. (That's one of the tricky things
    - every single company has a different firmware/settings page that has a different way of forwarding ports. But that's okay, because the following site has ALL of them!)

    The site is www.portforward.com

    Now, the only thing that gives me a bit of concern is the volume of ports they said you need to forward. On Xbox One, typically the ports that need to be forwarded are:

    Port 88 UDP

    Port 3074 UDP and TCP

    Port 53 UDP and TCP

    Port 80 TCP

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    Additionally, ports 3075 and 3076 (TCP and UDP) need to be forwarded for certain manufacturers (namely Activision.) I've never heard of having to forward all of those other ports on Xbox One... it's entirely possible that those are ALL of the Rockstar-related
    ports, whether you are on Xbox One, PS4, or PC, but you shouldn't need them all just for Xbox.

    I would recommend going with the list I posted (which is from the main Xbox support site) and if you have any issues, try adding the additional ones (but again, I'm betting you won't need to.)

    Im having BAD connection problems with rockstar games on xbox one. The manufacturer of the router router is a pace plc modem router combo, with AT&t uverse model number 3801HGV. I contacted rockstar and they gave me a crap load of ports that should be open
    TCP: 53, 443, 983, 1863, 3074, 5223, 10070-10080 and then these UDP: 53, 88, 500, 1863, 3074, 3478-3479, 3544, 3658, 4500, 10070 if someone could walk me through the port forwarding that would be a relief! When i load up that game im get really long load times,
