    In Arabic, the numbers are the same as the English language.

    The only thing I can think of if the card doesn't have the QR code on it would be to bring it back to where you purchased it and have them scan the barcode and see if it shows the code on the computer but I doubt it would just so no one could steal it.

    If you call the support number a message plays telling you to vist the webpage. You have to go to the support page and talk to the virtual agent. Keep clicking the options about how you still need help and your question wasn't answered. Eventually you
    should get an option to have xbox call you back. Fill out the forum and they should call you back within an hour unless there are lots of people ahead of you. I've only have had to use the call back feature once. If I remember correctly the phone number
    will show up on your caller id as unknown or toll free call.
