    Hello MellowHerb, I'm not quite sure which numbers you are refering to, but you can check your "Gold Member" tenure by looking at the number next to your gamertag. Should be a number likely between 1-9. Otherwise your Gamerscore is displayed elsewhere. Neither
    of these numbers can be changed on your Xbox.

    No.

    If you upgrade your account to GOLD, your tenure will be ZERO. Once you reach 1 YEAR as a GOLD member, your tenure number will be 1. If you continue to be a GOLD member, your tenure number will go up.
