    They will send your points after your trial ends, That can take up to 30 days, It is the same with the 1600 points after you have paid one month they will send you your points

    Never used unblock us to use USA Netflix I just enter the dns setting if they change its only a day or so wait for new numbers but mine been good for months now ;-)

    You might want to find their (Now TV) web site and give feedback...they might listen more if you tell them you are cancelling a subscription.

    When it comes to gaming, you always wanna be wired. If your x1 is too far from the router to wire, use powerline adapters.

    I was in the same position but just found that the code had been emailed under subject: Now TV Xbox Rewards. Try searching that in your mailbox.
