Although Microsoft may provide the platform for the games, even the game developers that are owned by Microsoft are still responsible for anti cheating policies and protocols against hackers.

The change of the Parent Company doesn't affect that fact.

I understand your frustration, but unfortunately it seems like the issue is with Activision/Infinity Ward then.

The transaction to buy the points worked, which is where I think it ends with Microsoft, therefore why they turned down your request.

The Call of Duty in-game shop is all Activision-Blizzard / Infinity Ward.

As Activision/Blizzard have the publishing rights to the Starcraft franchise, you will have to ask Blizzard if they are going to port these games to the Xbox console.

Microsoft can only provide the sales platform for the games. Blizzard has to put the games there themselves.

Microsoft haven't bought Activision/Blizzard yet.Won't have bought them until sometime next year at the earliest if the deal goes through.

The deal to buy Activision/Blizzard isn't done yet & won't be for several months if it goes through.

You'll have to keep pestering Activision as there's nothing Microsoft/Xbox can do about it.
