Now January and still no November Xbox Quests prize for completing Novembers quests.

It is now January and I still have not received anything about my November Xbox Quests. I did all the quests for November and have not received any messages from Xbox Live on my live account about what prize I won as I completed all the quests. I reached
out to Xbox Support on twitter that sent me to regular customer support. They couldn't help me and sent me to Xbox Rewards forums which also doesn't handle this who says to come here.

What information is needed? Also it seems there was certainly an issue as I noticed I'm not the only one posting about this.

Hello Xbox Support, I still didn't got my mystery prize for completing the Xbox November Quest and one of your staffs said as the codes will be delivered by December 31st, 2017 for the Xbox Quest in November and still didn't got mine.
