I'm not sure if FIFA 22 is supporting cross platform play already. They were implementing the cross-play support but I'm not sure if it is available so far.

Do you have the option to enable cross-play inside the game both on the Xbox and the PS5?

Cross play on Minecraft is only available to xbox one, mobile, nintendo switch and windows 10 devices which has the better together/bedrock edition.

Realms is only available on these version of the game.

Can not do cross play between different version of the game.

Everything available on Netflix using your PC is available on the Xbox. It's the same to all devices that support Netflix. The interface may differ from a device to another but the content will remain the same.

It would be nice if Game sharing was available on PC, but sadly it's just for Console. Now if it's a play anywhere title with Cross-platform play you can log into the PC on your account and they can log into your Home Xbox with their account and you can
play that way.

I'm hopeful it will. Technology advances will make it easier and easier and more standard I think. In general a lit of studios are considering cross play more as well now.
