November's Game Pass Goals not showing up

I posted about 2 weeks ago and was informed by an xbox staff member to post up if it has not shown after 30 days after event has concluded. If you can look up my goals and see what i'm missing, should be one more Ultimate Mystery Gift from October. The
November ones, I will wait til end of December to see if any have come through on Xbox Inbox/Messages.

Xbox Game pass Rewards Program problem

I completed October's Game Pass goals and as well as November's. I did receive the $5 Mystery gift and a 1 month of Xbox Live. Still waiting on the other Ultimate Mystery Gift for October. I have contacted Xbox Live support and spoke with a customer
service agent. My reference number is: 1403517807.

November Xbox Quest Mystery Gift not received

Hello,

November's Xbox Quest included the following goals:

[*]Log in to your Mixer app on Xbox One on five different days
[*]Increase your Gamerscore by 400 points
[*]Download two Games with Gold

I completed all of the above, but did not receive a mystery gift. I have already received the mystery gift for completing November's Xbox Game Pass Goals, which was a code for the Assassin's Creed movie.

Last month I did not receive the mystery gift for the Game Pass Goal until after posting in the support forums. Others are reporting the same issues each month. Please add a way for players to track the goals from the dashboard or something, because it is clear
that there is some issue with the reward delivery.

Hey eL3CTr0 Hou5E! From your last post it sounds like you've received a reward for October already, is that the case? To clarify, the tiers upgrade your earned prize rather than add additional prizes so you should receive only one
for October. Post back and let us know!

Still having issues here, just emailed support so we'll see if anything comes of it. There is an option in the Rewards App on Console that shows Game Pass Ultimate One Month Auto Redeem for 10,500 points. My October Goal and November Goals were both met but I cancelled my Auto Redeem as it never gave me access to Game Pass Ultimate.

All prizes for any Xbox Quest or Game Pass Goal will deliver 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion. For the November Game Pass Goals, all rewards will send by December 31st.

Yes, I'm still missing the Game Pass Goals tile, after removing my Profile, running a Power Cycle & then reinstalling my Profile.

I would also like to enquire, if my progress for the November Game Pass Goals was correctly recorded; as I dodn't have this tile on my Xbox?

I'm still missing the Game Pass Goals Tile.

However, even though I don't have the tile, I now know that my progress is being recorded. I have just received a PM, with my reward for completing the November Game Pass Goals.

But without the tile on my Xbox One, I'm having to search the internet each month, to find out what this months Goals are.
