November Xbox Live Quest Rewards Still Not Received.

I waited all month long this month December for the reward for November for completing the Xbox Quest Rewards and I have yet to receive anything from them. I know for a 100% fact that I did everything that was supposed to be completed in order to obtain
it. I was told that it should come sometime in December and here it is December 29th and I have not had anything come my way. Like I said I definitely did everything in order to fulfill the necessary quest that were asked. At this point I am at a loss on what
I can do to get anything done, because last month I waited til the 30th or the first of December for support to get this issue worked out for me. I need some help please.

Apologies for the delayed response here. We were able to determine you have already received October's Game Pass Goals and Xbox Quest rewards. Please take a look in your Xbox Live message inbox and look for a conversation with 'Xbox Live'. If you don't see those
messages, let us know!

As mentioned earlier, November Quest rewards are still going out in waves.

it’s the 4 of January and I still haven’t received my rewards for the November quest line

Day 2 no response from an official. This is the only way to contact for my issue pertaining to the Xbox Live Quest Rewards.

Thanks for letting us know, and apologies to hear a prize has not come through yet. We have passed your details to the appropriate team for this promotion, and we will reach back out when we have more information to share. We do not have ETA to provide,
but keep an eye on this thread for any updates we have.

Keep in mind that the forums team works Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so any posts made over the weekend won't be caught till the following Monday.

Sorry that you haven't seen anything for the November quest. The rewards are given if you complete the three steps. I was able to complete the quest and received the free reward and, if you want to know, the reward is a code for a free rental of the Wonder
Woman movie. If you completed all three parts of the quest, you will receive the reward. Check your messages from Xbox Live in your console quick access menu to find it.

I completed all 3 steps to the quest. That is my point. They were competed but I still haven't received anything.

Is this in regards to the Xbox Quest or the Game Pass Goals? That will help us know where to look first. For November rewards, those will continue to go out in waves until 12/31/17. If you don't receive your November rewards by that date, please post a new
thread letting us know.

We were able to determine that you have recently received your November Quest reward. Check your conversation history with 'Xbox Live' in your messages to find that code. Keep us posted if you're able to find that message.
