Did you redeem two Games with Gold games in November? Check our
Microsoft Commerce page to check which games along with the dates you redeemed and post back here with that information so we can take a deeper look. If you did not redeem two Games with gold games during November, unfortunately you will not be eligible
for the November Quest reward.

Hello Mister Beep,

The only transactions showing up on the commerce page that you linked to are for actual keys that I redeemed through my Xbox. I redeemed all Games with Gold games for November and they are currently in my account. I often redeem the Games with Gold through
the web instead of on my console but I have been redeeming all available games for Xbox One and Xbox 360 for the past year. Is there another way I can look up my redemption history?

Hey there!

We were able to determine that you have recently received your November Quest reward. Check your conversation history with 'Xbox Live' in your messages to find that code. Keep us posted if you're able to find that message.
