Been gold for 2 years can't claim active for 6 months VIP gems why

Gems just started on October 1 (November 1 for the game pass challenge), so it hasn't been 6 months yet.

I'm afraid we're unable to confirm if any specific requirements have been met for these promotions over the forums. Keep in mind that rewards will start going out in waves, and be sure to post back if you don't receive a code by 12/31/17 so we can take a

Gems just started on October 1 (November 1 for the game pass challenge), so it hasn't been 6 months yet.

Support will check on the gems for gold, but keep in mind that gems only started on October 1, so it would only be possible to have gotten the gems once so far. The challenge for game pass started on November 1, so it would be too soon to earn gems for that
challenge.

Mine aren't lighting up either, and I've definitely done all 3.

(this was for the Xbox Quest Samsung TV giveaway)

As a side note, I have not yet received a $10 reward for October's challenges.

I believe it is the Xbox quests. And I know it will be sent out after it is over, but my problem is that it is not tracking my completions.
