November 2021 controller update

I’ve seen this asked before back a few months but the most recent controller update has messed up my controller, a $280+ custom made controller, to where I can’t use my button combos to either reset it entirely or to remap my buttons to the extra buttons on the back the home button constantly flashes, it does double inputs here and there. I can’t activate my preset profiles in the controller for button positions. Like I said over $280 for this controller and I can’t use it as it was meant to, how do I fix it or how soon will another update come out to fix?

It’s on an Xbox one console

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues using your custom controller after updating. Are you experiencing these issues while using it on the Xbox console, or your PC?

Please try reverting the firmware on your controller to the previous FW by following these steps on your Xbox console.

To do this, Navigate to My Games and Apps, > Apps > Xbox Assist > Articles > Console & Accessories > "My controller has connection issue after the last update" > Check controller firmware > Revert Firmware
