J'ai souhaiter faire un achat sur un jeu du microsoft store et j'ai eu une erreur sur mes deux cartes de credit en disant que nous ne pouvons pas traiter votre paiement merci .

Just to be sure... all the info about your credit cards were right?? They are not expired?? Or maybe the bank just block it for any reason??

Since you are having issues with this payment instrument, is it possible that you might be able to use an alternate method to pre-order this content?

You can also try to
remove your payment instrument and re-add it and see if this helps with resolving this

Additionally you can also purchase the worth of the content in currency to purchase this on your console, via buying a pre-paid card online or at a local retailer.

If this is not an option, then I would encourage that you contact
Xbox Customer Support as they will be able to inform you if there are any issues with the payment instrument you are attempting to use.

This can be done by following these steps:

Sign into Xbox.com
Scroll down and select Support.
Select Contact us.
Select Billing & accounts.
Select See other options.
Select Payment & billing.
Select Show contact options.
Select Request a call from support.
