Noting showing up

for the last 3 days now I have only been able to see thing under the home tab when I go to community our store there are only blank boxes that I cant click on what can I do to fix this

Xbox One Recent Players Not Appearing Yet?

Only showing players from Forza 5 for me. Have played Fifa 14 and BF4 also but noting showing from those games.

 

Ripped out of a Gamertag?

Neither gamertag shows as existing to me. It's worth noting though that Zune shares the 'gamertag' system, so just because it isn't showing as in use on the 360, does not mean it isn't being used somewhere.

 

Have you tried pressing console button 8 seconds wait 30 seconds and power up.

 

Also try pressing LT+RT+Y this refreshes the home screen.

 

If the above dosent help , Reset everything xbox , modem , router , then I would try deleting your profile and then download it again...hopefully , you wont need to go any further than than...

 

Before deleting your profile may I suggest that you just log completely out of XBOX Live then log back in. There have been several of these similar issues lately and that does seem to help many of them. Good Luck!
