    Notification with redeem code disappeared


    Last week, I received a redeem code for £4 in notifications on my Xbox One S that has disappeared. I was just turning the Xbox off and now I can't find the code in my notifications list. I was directed to Microsoft Rewards but they refuse to help without a screenshot which if I had I would have the 25 digit code! Can someone check my account please?

    You would need to try contacting support directly as we are just fellow gamers here and have no access to your account. You would need to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    free 3 months of xbox game pass notification gone

    I got the same notifications of three months of PC game pass for free via Windows 10 Notifications. I didn't click "redeem now", but clicked on the notification rectangle itself, and it just disappeared, as if I was trying to clear the notification. I can't find any sign of how where to locate this offer now.

    I have the same problem. After the 30mb update the specializations disappeared. The code was redeemed on my account. The code worked fine. The only thing that happened was the 30mb update then they disappeared.
