    Notification sounds (party chat/achievements) stopped working


    Hello,

    Got the Series X on launch, apart from crashes with COD, have been happy with the console during this first period.

    However a small bug, my notification sounds stopped working. Can't hear party chat invites and although my achievements pop, I don't get the sound with it - you don't always know what you have until it's gone! Ha, ha

    Has this happened to anyone else, notifications are all turned on - any advice welcome.

    Achievement notification not showing up on screen

    It’s doing it again. This time it’s with party chat. I get notifications on my tablet for achievements and party chat invites but not on my Xbox one.

    I also just heard from a friend he has same issues with achievements and party invite notifications not popping up for days.

    Why doesn't unchecking "Notify me when I earn Reward points" stop these notifications? Is there really no way to separate these notifications from achievement or game/party invite notifications?

    Problem with Parties

    The notifications, Party chat, and getting achievements really shouldnt be making your screen go black.

    How long has it been doing this?

    VERY unimpressed with the party chat.

    Hope they do sort stuff out, starting or joining a party is stupid, you shouldnt have to turn chat on if you started or joined a party, there is a reason why you started or joined a party.

    Another thing that needs changing is the notification system, if you get a message or an achievement pops and it says hold to view why doesnt it take you straight to it rather than go in the notification then you have to press A on message or achievement
    to view it. It should only do that if you dont press straight away.

    Having the same problem. It's a total crap shoot if we can actually get party chat to work.
