Notification problems for Xbox system & Xbox Console Companion PC app; plus an old problem...

Someone on Twitter suggested I document this on these forums with the details. I'm mostly gonna just copy/paste what I put there into here. I've spent enough time about this from a phone call to Microsoft (one time getting hung up on) to making photos &
videos with comments and replies on Twitter on the Xbox Support account. The problem is annoying but I've got a life and this has already taken a chunk out of my night to deal with in various ways. For the record, Xbox server status page has not been reporting
problems.

Since at least yesterday I've been having problems with activity alerts being pushed to my Xbox (none being pushed to it), not the popup of one during a game (those SEEM like they are ALL being pushed), it's under the alerts tab. BUT, most of the recent (not
all) alerts are showing on my Xbox console app (not all). They pop on my TV screen when playing a game but when I check for them on my Xbox, they are not there, as if it never happened (now hours later from when they happened, 2 alert notifications suddenly
show up in the list, 1 was 2 hours & the other was 8 hours late but even then, one of them had other problems which has happened before).

[All notification settings are on, as can be seen in the video on Twitter, and always have been on. No one has touched it either as I live alone.]

Sometimes, such as just a bit ago with the 8 hour late alert, the activity will be missing I was alerted to. On that 8 hour late alert, it said a certain person and 3 others liked an upload. I go to the upload and it's not even the person named that liked it
plus it's missing the other 3 people (only 1 like total). This sort of thing happens often with activity alerts with being told something happened by so & so or a few people just for it to be missing (or just not showing to me it's actually there). And at
least on this latest example, Xbox Console Companion app never even had a notification pushed to it showing those 4 heart/likes happened (still doesn't even show now).

Also, between 2 days ago and December 19, 2019 all alerts have now went missing on the Xbox PC app (they were there before). It's not from being pushed out as I have many prior to Dec. 19 still there and missing many (but not all) from between 2 days ago and
now. This gap is not present on my console, just when viewing through the app, I can still see those older ones that went poof via my console.

Twitter links have a few photos and 2 videos I recorded for proof of some of this. And an Xbox Ambassador Tweeted to me to hold home button on controller and click to send feed back or report bug but as I told that person, I don't have that option when I briefly
press, long press or long press until controller shuts off.

Also there's been yet another problem, a long time problem where I get an alert on console but when I click to see it I am told there is nothing to show (always where someone likes a comment I made on someone else's post or upload) though it does not give
that error when I click the alert on the Xbox PC app.

BTW, another old problem that didn't exist when I got my Xbox One X early last year is on Microsoft store. If I click yes/no on a review being helpful, it shows as if I never clicked it, even when I revisit the page (even if I look a long time later). It's
always felt like an employee has banned my ability to click helpful or not (especially when thinking about things that happened just before the problem).

I'm not looking for someone to help me, this isn't on my end. I'm just putting this out here to be "documented" as requested and to let others know.
