Notification of an update to gamers currently in game

Sorry to hear about the notification issues. To clarify, when was the last time your console was updated and when was the last time you remember seeing a notification? Are you able to see message notifications or Achievement notifications currently?

I'm having the same issue please can this update be reverted it's completely messed up achievement and party notifications I don't receive them at all anymore, I have done all the troubleshooting steps and made sure all boxes for notifications are ticked in windows settings, game bar and Xbox app. The only fix I was able to find was to revert to a previous version of game bar using uptodown which is annoying because it's always prompting me to update to the current broken version. Any efforts is appreciated

if you have it set to auto update, you won't get a notification pop up. instead, what you'll see is a notification in your Notifications with the game tile there and a "Launch" option. that's how it works for people that have auto update enabled.

Absolutely, DragonIrons. We can definitely report this problem by clicking your Gamer profile icon then hitting "Feedback" then reporting a problem.

Because currently, what we can do is redeem the code in order for the notification to be removed on our Xbox App or device.
