    Why are you under the assumption these players cannot be reported? Not that I wish to report anyone, but on the few occasions I've had to, I've found the process to report and block straightforward and seamless.

    you can still report them - you don't need to type their names.

    They will still appear in recent players so you can still go there profile toreport and block that way so it's kinda pointless.

    Going to the profile still allows for the report option even with the Unicode.
