    noticed that i was not given arkham city redemption code with purchase of xbox360


    purchased my xbox 360 months ago. did not open or use until recently.

    it did come with the copy of darksiders and the darksiders code.

    is there an e-mail address @ microsoft i can send my complaint to ?

    i just want a redemption code for arkham city. which is part of what i was paying for when i bought the xbox, but did not receive.

    if anyone knows who i should contact, it would be most appreciated, thank you.

    You should try contacting the store you purchased from to complain about the misadvertising.
