nothing on my account is showing anymore

Can you try performing a power cycle on your Xbox?

To do this:

- Open Settings on Xbox.

- Select the General tab.

- Click on Power Options.

- Under the “Options” section, click the “Shutdown now” option.

- Click the “Shut down” button.

Once done, power up the console and see if the issue continues.

I am almost certain this isn't an issue on Xbox Live's side as it's not happening for any of my family's accounts, just my own main account. i can log in and play anything perfectly on other accounts however on here nothing is working.

Just a thought i realised now, i recently changed the main profile email to a new one and removed the old one because i ni no longer had access to it, could this have caused any hiccups to the account on the xbox?

Whenever something like this happens, the first thing you should do is to check if the issue is on your side or on Xbox Live's side.

In this case, the issue seems to be on Xbox Live's side.

But you can also try reinstalling the gaming services by following these steps:

1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
   
2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
   
   get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
   
3. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
   
   start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
   
4. Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
   
5. Restart your device and try to install the game again.

This would've helped but I no longer see the green logo, nothing shows up on my monitor anymore
