    Nothing is working for my Minecraft Account!


    I have tried 6 times to get my account fixed with Mojang and nothing is working. I migrated my accounts thinking nothing of it, then when i tried to login in to play Minecraft it gave me this.

    So I thought they didn't link, that's when I put my first ticket in. They then proceeded to send me in circles for a full week. Telling me to read the forums and "Just sign into your account" over and over again. By the fifth ticket I was pissed and just sent them the receipt email with the transaction number and everything to prove I already owned the game. I stated that if my issues couldn't be fixed I wanted my money back. I will not purchase the game again since I already own it and I will not be talked to like a child. I am tired of AI responses and the "We're so sorry for he inconvenience" ****. Nothing I have done has worked and nothing I have read is helpful. I just want to play Minecraft and chill. To hell with the fancy cape or whatever. Please someone just help me!

    I recommend contacting Mojang to find out how you can request a refund.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    I don't know if you did exactly these steps but maybe this could help.

    You have hit the button to go back to the accounts page. But then, don't click on your existing account that you want to sign into or you will just get back into the same problem loop that won't let you sign in. You have to add a new account. It is counterintuitive because you are not actually setting up a new account. But once you click to add a new account you can choose to sign in with your Microsoft account in the Launcher. Once you do that, it will automatically use the Microsoft account to log you in from the Launcher.

    If that doesn't help I'm afraid it's out of our reach. Hope it works.

    Im having the same issue connecting to my Microsoft account on my switch when in Minecraft. Started 3-4 days ago and nothing has worked to resolve it.

    Tried clearing account data

    tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling.

    tries changing passwords
