Try to see it from a different device and also from a different network like a mobile hotspot.

Try it on your other account and see for yourself, Guide button, Profile, Edit Profile, Gamer Picture, Change Gamer Picture and it should take at least 4 seconds before it all loads up.

First off, I would recommend you delete your profile (profile only)

Then, go ahead and clear your cache.

Lastly, redownload your profile.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Just so we understand, you are wanting to delete old game scores from the cloud? All game scores adds up to your over all Gamer score. To the general public of gamers this shows how much you game so to
speak. For example this profile has about 1500 gamer score. My main profile has over 150,000 gamer score. There is no way to delete this unfortunately.
