Discus and support Nothing in my rewards after juli 2015, though i have bought and played a lot in 2016 in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; last registered activity on my rewards was on 01-June-2015 But I have played a lot and bought stuff in 2016.. where is all that info?...     Points for membership renewal

    Hi there,

    I have been credited xbox live reward points in the past for my 2014 gold membership renewal but nothing for my renewals in 2015 and 2016. Do these no longer qualify for rewards? Seems bad for such loyalty to be unrewarded!

    - 23 December 2016, JUST DANCE® 2015

    - 22 December 2016, Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 - Digital Exclusive

    - 22 December 2016, Minecraft for Xbox

    - 22 December 2016, METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

    I bought it because I wanted the rewards..

    Hi Jsportive. To earn Rewards Credits, you must complete offers via the program. Your purchases are going towards your MyVIP progress. Once you unlock a Star Level, you'll begin to earn payback on your purchases. We do not see any other actions that would

    Imperia Online (Windows 8) achievement does not sync on my profile

    My realm ends on July 19, 2016. So I'm glad about that. I just hope the achievements are retroactive because I already unlocked the 100,000 net points quest. I have not accepted the reward for the trading post though.

    Misses Quinzel - any update yet or are we still troubleshooting? Can you ensure that the achievements are retroactive? :)
