Nothing in my pending section

Hey I've bought quite a lot of stuff since the 7th of November but nothing is showing up at all in the pending section on Xbox rewards. Any help would be appreciated.

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Nothing in the pending section at all

Hey. Made quite a few purchases off the digital store since the 7th of November. I usually get 10% back off my purchases but nothing is showing in pending at all. Any chance you could help chase this up for me?

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for November purchases.

Pending cards are those you are waiting to put into a collection. The pending section is just a middleman from My Cards to My Collections. It is there for the sole purpose of Collection transpot.
