    Nothing from Xbox systems will load


    I reset my Xbox because my Microsoft store wouldn't load, now I can't even add my profiles back

    I just get green circle, then white circle, one time I waited for it to load and it just cancelled loading after a few minutes

    Are your games purchased or through game pass? The problem may very well be that you need an internet connection.

    Hi, sorry to see you're having so many issues all at once, I'm not sure this will work for you but power the console off and disconnect the power supply until from the mains outlet, also take the power cable out of the xbox one, let it stand like this for
    ten minutes. Reconnect the power cable, connect the power supply to the mains power outlet and try the console again please.
