Not working

    It depends on the game, if you used the cheats on the Console in Blops you won't unlock it, MW2 you have to just reload each level, you may need to find some again.

    And if it is MW3, it is a glitch, so you must contact Xbox.

    Yikes!

    I'd say that is NOT a feature of an Xbox console to do that!

    Do you have the Xbox One, or One S or One X ?

    - the original Xbox One has an external power supply

    - the One S and X have and internal power supply

    If it's an Xbox One then unplug the power supply from the wall and from the Xbox and let it sit for about 3-5 min and then plug in the power supply and see if the light on it lights up. If so then connect it to the Xbox and see where you're at next.

    If it's and Xbox One S or X then unplug for about a min and then plug back in.

    If the Xbox does not turn on contact Xbox Support for a repair option.

    Is will they work?

    If the original owner left the console as their Home console, you would be able to access the games without their account. However, keep in mind that if they ever change their Home console setting you will lose access to all of the games. It's best to just
    wipe a console when you get one or buy a new one.
