    Xbox Live Gold membership not working??

    some reason my Xbox Live Gold membership is not working?? my membership does not run out until next year February 2019??

    I cannot connect online multiplayer please help?? it keeps saying I have to buy gold membership??

    Xbox live multiplayer problems

    I have got halo reach and i have gold membership, everythings working, got internet working straight yet it does not let me have an open multiplayer game with everybody like other people looking for the same game like infection, there are the options, all
    of them are optional, but the Live open multiplayer is greyed out and not optional

    if you have any idea of whats wrong, please tell me right away, thanks =)

    If you believe you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription but it's not showing in-game, you'll want to hit up
    phone or chat support and have them take a closer look at your account. They can handle account/billing related issues far more than we can since we are public facing.

    He bought an XboxLive Gold subscription, but after trying to start the Server, I got a message: "Your Xbox settings for Microsoft connection does not require a multiplayer connection. Checked privacy and online security settings at aka.ms/accountsetting

    Ethernet port not working

    Don't factory reset your xbox one. That does not work, i've tried it my self countless amount of times. It does not work. If you're xbox detects the ethernet cable and you test your multiplayer conection like me, and it gives you the message

    "Not connected"

    Send your Xbox for repair. Like i'm going to do.

    that has nothing to do with this error and does not help even a format of the whole hd. the connection to xbox live works fine, it just that it does not detect gold account.
