    Dear Team,

    I renew my gold subscription with a 12 month card bought from a shop (no discount on it) and still I see 2% on my dashboard panel.

    Is there some issue?

    My Reward no gold subscription

    Hi team,

    I renew on march 22 the Gold subscription for 1 year without any promotion and I still see 2% or reward (I have 2 stars) why is not moving to 4%?

    I open the same topic 3 time. I'm gold member since the launch of Xbox One... I just renew the subscription with an official card bought from a shop but still I see 2% and not 4% reward (I'm 2 stars).

    Can you please fix this or @least tell me what is wrong?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Recent changes in our data have caused subscriptions to be categorized in a different manner, which has caused us to no longer accurately track new subscriptions. We are currently working on resolving this issue with the
    assistance of another team, and hope to have this issue resolved shortly. We have reviewed your account, and determined that since you did not receive payback last month, this issue has not yet impacted your account negatively.

    We see that you are being recognized as a Gold member. It is likely you saw a brief break in service as we loaded your recent subscription. If you review your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, you will see you have been rewarded at the Gold MyVIP 2 Star
    level for the past few months.

    I've got 2 stars. Also got a bubble floating over the rebate which reads, "Your 2% rebate could be 4%! Get double Rewards by going Gold!"

    You would need at least 2 gold subscriptions. Each account with the subscription would set up a console as their Home console so the other accounts can share the gold. Then those 2 accounts can sign into the 3rd console and still access their gold.
