Not Understanding the new APPS and incompatible Galaxy and or Iphone

I have been banging my head trying to contact xbox support for about 3 weeks regarding my misunderstanding of these new apps.

Here is my goal: I want a platform to manage and access my Games Library while NOT at my xbox one.

Here is some back story: I just bought the Xbox one X enhanced version in January of 2020. Since very recently I have been able to manage my game library from the "xbox.com official website" on my PC like Always. That option is no longer available from either
that site not the Microsoft account page.

Simply access to "My games" no longer exists and has vanished. Unbeknownst to me The people at XBOX are actively or already have dismantled that Site and have not supported it for several years although it has been very recent that it has ceased to work
for me.

There are now 3 apps I do not know about. Two are in BETA. One is "XBOX Console Companion" and the Other is "XBOX for Windows 10"

From speaking to one rep Those are not quite ready yet and are more for people trying to play PC games that are accessible by the Ultimate Game Pass.

I am not interested in those at this time.

As stated before I want only to access my library remotely (away from my XBOX). From speaking to another rep he said to reset my PC to factory setting????. I do not understand this and I plainly stated that All I wanted was a way to to the aforementioned
tasks. I explained that I am not resetting my PC to Factory for Apps that are in BETA stage.

Then I spoke to another XBOX rep that stated for my purposes I would need the "XBOX GAME PASS APP" on a phone or Tablet, that desktop will not work anymore for what I need. I have a samsung Galaxy Tablet that states when I try to install it that it is not
Compatible, and Weirdly it installed on my Iphone but My Iphone connects to my xbox, however it can not get my game library.

Is this because microsoft is making you want to sign on to stuff I do not want like "edge" or "bing" or "365"? or at this point the true question is if The XBOX Ultimate game pass app" is not available to use in the capacity I want to use it in on my Android
Tablet, Then what device do I need to use it?

Does Microsoft provide compatible devices to use this app or am I missing something entirely? Again I am not looking to play or stream games to any device except my XBOX itself all I want to do is manage my games remotely. How do I do this now in the Absence
of the "xbox official website"?
