Not turning on

    (cant edit) also whats up with not being able to join games of turned with your friends? whats that all about? the maximum party limit is 1 for some reason. Lame.

    Have you guys tried to unplug the xbox from everything and then reconnecting all the plugs back in, because sometimes I have problems with that but I'm not sure, I don't know if this will be helpful for you but that is the only suggestion that I have for

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there.

    The ideal would be to check the physical issue of the controller.

    I recommend going to https://support.microsoft.com/devices, signing in with your Microsoft account (MSA), registering your controller (if you haven't already done so), and opening a service request. You can follow her on the same link.
