Not suspended anywhere except the pc app.

I don't expect any actual assistance here. I've seen enough where support continuously stresses they can't do a thing about suspension issues. It's absolutely ridiculous that the one avenue people are supposed to take when they have a technical problem is met with support people telling them there is absolutely nothing that can be done because it's not their department and there is no actual place to resolve issues for it. It's just mind blowing how that happens in a company this size.

But I received a 1 day suspension. My printed usage of an f word in a private group to describe my microphone's working condition obviously must be met with severe and immediate justice or who knows what anarchy it would inspire. Fine. I did it, suspension, dealt with it, came back. So I can play and chat and do all those fun things that I pay for this console and subscription to do. Awesome.

So why does the pc xbox app and the gamepass app on mobile still tell me I'm suspended? I can't type anything in chat on the pc app because of it. You know how fun it is to try and type conversations on the console without a keyboard hooked up? I've seen people who solved the issue by clicking on the msg, x'ing out of it, then reloading. That doesn't work for me. Do I now have a lifetime ban from simple social features on pc because of some glitched out nonsense?

Now I feel like the stock answer if anyone from support does decide to play the "we care" card is going to be "check the enforcement action history of the website for more information as to your suspension etc etc. The suspension ended. I am currently not suspended. The enforcement page confirms it. So if that's going to be the "support" i receive, just don't bother.

To actual users of the platform, who have been more help to each other over the years than anyone from microsoft has, if you have any ideas, love to hear em. thanks very much. I know I sound like a jerk in this post. 100% Frustration over an issue that should never occur for anyone, yet does, without any effort from these so called experts to fix it.
