Not sure if you guys know of a solution but, I'm locked out.

I got locked out of my account due to suspicious activity!

This first part is kind of confusing, I apologize in advance. It asked me to verify my account via an old phone number I no longer have. I was able to select email. So it went by default to the first email I had back when I got my original Xbox or Xbox 360. I can still log into that email. It also asked for a second email. When I typed that email it also switches the first email to match but still wants me to provide a second email. So where it wants the second email I typed a third email address which is outlook. I open my outlook account and at the bottom it says it wants me to sign in and verify basically restarting the previously mentioned info. But sometimes I can still open the email with the code Microsoft sent me. So I typed in the code that was emailed to me.

Ok end of the confusing part. Next they want my name, birthday, country of origin and answer to my security question. Simple.

Now they want all previous passwords I ever used. (I have had this gamertag since original Xbox/360 days. Who remembers every password they have ever used?) They also want which products do I use email, Skype, and Xbox. Simple. Have I ever purchased anything like subscriptions from Microsoft. Simple.

Next they want contacts in the email (That I never use) that I sent emails to and exact subject lines. Luckily for me I happened to send myself an email from one account to another so I can actually type something here.

Which Xbox do you use primarily? Xbox 360 or Xbox One? Umm neither. I have an Xbox series X now. But that isn't an option. So between the two my last used as Xbox One. Click that?

Now they want my Gamertag. No problem. Under that they want my device ID. According to the "What's this?" You go to console info and it's the second thing on the list. Ok. Second thing on the list looks something like this:

H3451e598.e819BG.20746.BlahBlahBlah

I type the pain in the neck code in. Please enter a valid code. Ok let's try a simple serial number that looks like this:

8675309

That works.

Now they want credit card info. Ok I'll give them that.

Finally you should get an email. Open the email My request was denied. Redid everything from scratch same results two more times. Now I have to wait 24 hours to try again. By the way there is no support over the phone or digital assistant. It just tells me to go to the link and do exactly what I just went through.

Got an email back and it said "Unfortunately we are not able to assist you with your request. Your Microsoft account appears to be provided by an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Please contact your ISP to assist you with your account recovery." No Xbox phone number or virtual chat will help. Account was not provided by an ISP.
