    Not sure if this is an Insider error but Rewards is not letting me earn points anymore....


    I noticed others in the Microsoft Rewards sub had this same issue but was wondering if this is an error also caused by being an Insider. I’ve not been able to earn points for over a week. I filed a support claim only to be told to make sure I’m not using a VPN and if I have been to change the location back.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    Rewards has its own support.

    You find the link to contact them at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    i cannot find my reward or reward points for this play to earn card i redeemed. i red the posts above and lo0oked inside those places and i see nothing. some1 said the email should have told me what i earned. but it didnt.

    Hey there Gaz! I just wanted to clarify what points you are referring to. Can you let me know how you earned these points? Are they the points that you see when you check out your Rewards summary? Let me know so we can make sure this gets resolved. Thanks!

    Hey there, MERCENARIO!

    Microsoft Points were what the currency for Xbox Live used to be called. These have been discontinued, though, and we currently call them Microsoft Currency.

    However, there are Reward Points you can earn through the
    Rewards Program    . You can find out more information on those through
    their FAQ    .

    please explain

    Basically,for every $ you spend on the Microsoft store you earn a certain amount of reward points.

    Not sure what the ratio is but it's not much.They've been nerfing the amount of rewards points you can earn quite a bit lately.
