Not sure if I have a network error or hardware problem?

I just got a xbox series x and I'm trying to download all my games and keep getting error code 0x8007232d. I have restarted the system and checked for updates and just not sure if there is something else wrong?

I am very sorry that you are going through this problem, from what I understand this error code appears due to a problem or lack of update, so I can suggest that you perform an offline console update by following the procedure in the following link:

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Even though your network seems to be fine, please try resetting your router to its factory settings and restarting the console. After this try to log in again.

I have tryed reseeting all the network setings. The concern I have is I get a system reset and no error message. I want to be sure its not a hardware issue?

just tried this. Still the same error. I'm thinking this is an xbox hardware problem. I don't have access to another network to test it on that.

For the Multiplayer Connection Test, the error code is 0x0000000000000000 [Full message is: "Back up and try the test again. If it still doesn't work, there may be a problem with your network."]

[Also, if it's worth noting, it says that "Service info is unavailable"]
