Not Sure if Account is Working Properly

To whom it may concern,

I've been an Xbox Live Rewards member for quite some time, but I have never seen any activity on my account. I've purchased many games on both my Xbox One and Xbox 360, but have never noticed any changes in my Rewards Credits. Just recently, I purchased
Forza Horizon 3 and completed a survey on the site. So far, the only pending credits are the 250 for the survey.

Perhaps I'm just not understanding the program, but is there something wrong with my account? Am I missing a step or core concept as to how this should function?

The only way you can know for sure is to have a qualified technician clean it properly and if still not working properly do a proper diagnosis.

The issue with the credit card is that the details of the card do not match your account information. In order to add a credit card to your account, you will need to have one from England.

If your paypal is not working properly, make sure that there is either a credit card or verified bank account added to it.

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates

If you purchased Horizon 3 on or after December 1, it would count towards the Rewards Story offer. You would need to complete the past and future portions in order to complete the offer and receive credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
