Not subscribed to Game Pass after code redemption

I recently redeemed a 3 month Game Pass code I got free as part of the Microsoft Rewards Quest. It's been two days since the redemption, but my account is not showing as subscribed. When I re-enter the code, it states the code has already been redeemed.

I've already talked to a chat representative and I've created a support ticket. Both methods got me nowhere. How can we resolve this issue?

You sure you redeemed to the same account you're using on your Xbox. Can you check your order history and see if you see an entry for Xbox Game Pass 3 months here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to this issue. I would like to clarify one thing. Do you have more than one account on your console? It could have been that maybe you accidentally redeemed the code else where.

I suggest to check over any extra accounts you may have.

Try removing your account from your console, then re download it back to the console. Doing it, can fix issues like this.

Just tried this, still the same issue. The Game Pass subscription isn't even showing in my account on Microsoft.com. It seems like the code just never registered even though I redeemed it.
