    not starting properly


    Hello

    my xbox one console cant load the menu or games:

    - I can start the console, the green loading screen appears

    - later, the screen is black

    - I can click the guide button, when i click short the screen goes from black to grey. if i click long, the turn-off-menu opens and works as usual.

    - Cant load games.

    - sounds work, but not when i try to open the menu

    Maybe I can do a hard reset? Would that probably fix it? Is there a shortcut for this as i cant go in the settings?

    What should I do? Thx for your help.

    do i press the power button 10 secs while the console is on or off?
    While the console is on you press the button.

    If this procedure doesnt fix you might need to
    Factory Reset     your console.

    Hello! a hard reset could work. To do it just press the power button on the xbox for 10secs until it turns off.

    A power cycle may help.

    Unplug the power cable for 5 minutes and plug it back in that might help too
