    (Not So) Simply Rewarding


    I activated the mission entitled "Simply Rewarding" in which it would reward 6000 Microsoft points upon the purchase of $60 worth of games. I then preceded to purchase For Honor and STEEP totaling up to $89, and I have not received my rewards. I made these
    purchases on March 3 and March 12 respectively.

    Simply Rewarding

    I bought both a 20 dollar season and a 60 dollar halo 2 game on xbox. I do not see my rewards credit anywhere and am fairly certain it is past the 96 hour time frame. Any ideas?

    If you opted into the offer, it takes 96 hours for purchases to update on the website. 96 hours from Monday evening would be Friday evening.

    Staff will review and reply if there is any unforeseen issue. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and take 1-2 business days to reply.

    The Credits for that offer have been pending in your account since the 15th. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. You can review your pending Credit amount from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
