I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your account. I know how frustrating it can be when this happens. Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment to recover your account is to send the recovery form (If your information was deleted, unfortunately there is nothing to do), I have also been through this situation, so I can give you some recommendations:

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

Keep in mind that Support cannot help recover accounts, the only way is to access the recovery form and enter the data required there. Then the team in charge will determine, based on the information provided, whether you are the owner of the account.

I've been able to secure my account, password changed, unknown devices removed from my account, i also have the verification app installed. I'm about to lock them back out of my account, but the problem is my account is now suspended from the obvious child messaging N bombs to people. I understand you guys aren't employed my Microsoft, but they have hung up on me to the point that i can't receive any more support calls today. My account was giving 2 strikes this morning, and is up to 5 strikes now. I had no outlet to share my frustration to Microsoft, so this was the best i had. I will look more into everything in the morning. Thank you for the response

Update:

Okay, so it took several attempts, but I think I successfully flagged a complaint about the XBLPET through the general Support department.

They (Support) even rang to confirm the complaint was being looked at, and to give an update on the situation with the PET department.

All in all, it's still a joke - it's taken around 3 weeks to be heard and acknowledged.

You'd have thought there'd been enough complaints about the PET that there would be a little faster action than that
