    Not showing purchases after 96 hour process cooling off period


    i have spent on the live store during December & since my last reward deposit but my rewards page isn't showing the purchases/transactions, I have waited over a week(over 96 hours) since the last & nothing is showing, Microsoft Xbox live support team help

    Hello Boemmio,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since your last two purchases were made yesterday, they have not yet been processed to progress that offer. This is why our FAQ states a 96 hour waiting period:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Purchases take up to 96 hours to process, so your order has not yet been picked up by our system. However, only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Since your purchase of Final Fantasy XV was made before the offer period,
    it was not eligible for a punch. Your purchase on the 14th of November is currently your only eligible processed purchase.

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Furthermore, if you have made recent purchases, please keep in mind that purchases take up to 96 hours to process.

    Progress not going up towards next tier

    Hello brandiesel1,

    It sounds like you are confused about our processing times. The 96 hour period can go up to a full 96 hours processing time. This is because it takes our servers time to receive new purchase information and process it for Rewarding.
    For example, we have not yet uploaded your purchase information for your activity on the fourth to the website. Please allow up to 96 hours for a purchase to be processed. You should see the remaining 2% for that purchase shortly.

    If it was purchased during the promotional period it would normally take 96 hours for the purchase to process/reflect on the reward site. If it has been LONGER than 96 hours you will want to re-post your topic and change the "Forum Type" to support. This
