Not showing Promotions or games with gold

Im in portugal my account is portuguese and in my xbox 360 dashboard i cant find promotions or games with gold and im not the only one every friend of mine with a portuguese account and in portugal cant see the stuff mentioned above! Is microsoft dumping
portugal? Is it better for us portuguese to get a ps4?

just bought the promotion (HK $10 / month for golden live, even thought the game showing the GoldenLive, but still cannot play on-line with teammate in Rainbow Six.

You need a paid gold membership in order to download any of the games with gold offers. Trial memberships like a 2 day or a 14 day do not qualify you for the games with gold promotion.

GeekyIowa, saying things like that are not ok. You do not work for Xbox Support at all. Otherwise, you'd have it indicated on your post. Plus better grammar.

 

I have the same problem with Cardona. In Home screen, games tab, I only see 6 boxes in 2 rows: Popular, My games, Kinect, Game search, browse games and advertisement. Last month, I used to see games with gold, deals, and so. I need this fixed, if it is a
problem, please.

 

Hey guys, I seriously doubt that Microsoft is dumping anybody. If you are having issues finding the Games with Gold on the dashboard, try looking in the Browse Games section or looking on xbox.com to "purchase" the free games and add them to your queue.

I've been on the Portuguese web site on xbox.com there and the deals for gold are there, the Call of Duty Deal, the same deal as I have in Ireland. So maybe check you browser settings but the deals are there.

 

i have the same issue, i'm from Turkey, Games with Gold or promotions sections are no longer shown on my dashboard. (since the last update)

 

I am from Czech Republic - same problem ! Guess what was the advice of chat support - send it for service
