Not showing powerups in Bingo even though I have 7 it says I don't have any and must purchase ...

So here we go AGAIN. Yesterday I got my day 6 award of 15 keys. Today for Day 7, it highlights Day 1, as expected, but only gave 2 powerups. Not the 5 Bingo powerups. So it had been working as described in the thread above, and now it's back to not giving
the Day 7 rewards.

Sorry for being unclear and yes, search them through Microsoft Store.

Make sure that you're also using the correct Microsoft account where the game was purchased.

When I scroll down to add-ons it only shows content pack 4? And you said look them up one by one, would I do that in the Microsoft store?

If I may ask, is this a disc game or a digital game?

If this is a digital game, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as "completed". Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

"REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

If this is a disc game, follow the steps below:

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.
