Not showing my game points

I have 20 dollars in game points but they don't show up and is there supposed to be a 2nd email saying my account is ready

I purchased the digital edition of Ghost Recon Wildlands almost 2 weeks ago. My rewards points for both the purchase itself and the bonus still do not show on my account, not even as pending? Why!?

Points not showing.

The purchase would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need. Other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

In order for support to check into your account, it's best to post in the support section of this forum. If you have just signed up, you wouldn't have any credits pending yet. The program does not award credits for anything done before joining. You do not
receive an email when your account is ready. If you can sign into the website and it no longer gives you the message that they're setting up your account, then you're good to go.

I'm having the same problem. No points for last month and I definitely bought enough to earn my 2% back.

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site the time, or you need at least 1 star
level in order to receive VIP rebates.

What about purchased add-ons? For example; I spent $10 for the deluxe edition add-on, $10 for all dlc cars, $5 on a game map, and another $5 item for Need For Speed Payback; none of which gave me microsoft reward points- but i made sure to complete the
sign up for it.???

Since your purchase was beneath the spending requirement for this offer, it was not completed. Regarding payback, a few things; first, purchases that go towards offers do not award payback as well. Second, we calculate purchases as a monthly whole and place
it as pending in your account by midway through the following month, as stated in our FAQ:
