Not Showing Cloud Storage as Option

had an original xbox one and it stopped connecting to the internet so we bought a new xbox one s and went to download games and nothing had any of our saves, so now transferring things via an usb stick, and was wondering why things (not games themselves
but like levels earned, things unlocked, progress, etc) weren't already on the xbox one s once we were signed into xbox live account constantly (up til last week). And trying to make sure for the future that progress would be saved to cloud so this doesn't
happen in the future. Thanks so much!

Like Smwutches said as long as you were connected to live (internet) when playing those games on the One your game progress will automatically be saved.

So as long as you are signed in with the same account that you were playing with on the original console before it went out on you the game saves should automatically redownload whenever you load back up the game.

Are you doing this from the 360 or the One? The cloud is already set up on the One so as long as you're signed into Live your saves are already stored on the cloud (you can't move games to the cloud). The cloud only has to be enabled on the 360.

If you are trying to download digital games you already own, then you can open ‘Games and apps’ and everything should be in ‘ready to install’.

Be sure you are signed into the same account that you purchased the games with!

If you go to the Store from your console look under Apps for Onedrive and download it you will be able to upload screenshots etc, but not game saves, thats already taken care of automatically if you're on a XBox One.
